Our Custom Shape Coasters offer a more individual alternative to traditional round and square designs. Choose from a wide variety of practical outlines, including hexagons, shields, houses, vehicles, animals and other recognisable shapes that complement your logo, industry or promotional theme.

These coasters use a distinctive outer shape while retaining a clear central area for your engraved artwork. This creates a memorable branded product without the complexity of an outline that follows every detail of the logo.

Each coaster is manufactured from 6mm oak-veneered MDF and precision laser cut to produce accurate shapes and naturally darkened edges. Your artwork is then engraved directly into the oak surface, creating a detailed and long-lasting finish.

Every coaster is professionally sanded using our industrial wide-belt sander before being sealed with Danish oil. This protects the material, enhances the oak grain and gives the finished coaster a smooth, high-quality appearance.

Coaster Size

Custom Shape Coasters are designed to fit within a maximum area of 100mm × 100mm. The exact dimensions may vary slightly depending on the
chosen shape and proportions of the design.
