Fully Bespoke Wooden Coasters

Our Fully Bespoke Coasters are designed specifically around your logo, artwork or brand identity. The outer edge can closely follow the individual features of your design, while internal cut-outs and openings can be incorporated to create a truly distinctive finished product.

This approach allows us to produce intricate profiles that would not be possible with a standard round, square or Custom Shape Coaster. Fully Bespoke Coasters are ideal for businesses looking for an original promotional product that immediately reflects their brand.

Each coaster is manufactured from 6mm oak-veneered MDF and precision laser cut to create detailed outlines, internal cut-outs and naturally darkened edges. Your artwork is engraved directly into the oak surface, providing a permanent finish that will not peel, fade or rub away.

The coaster surface is carefully sanded using our industrial wide-belt sander before Danish oil is applied. This seals and protects the material, enriches the natural oak grain and highlights the contrast between the lighter surface and the dark cut edges.

Coaster Size

The dimensions of Fully Bespoke Coasters are determined by the shape, cut-outs and level of detail within the artwork. We will review your design and confirm the most suitable finished size during the artwork and proof-approval process.
