Fully Bespoke Coasters

Precision Engraved. Expertly Finished.

Our Fully Bespoke Coasters give you complete freedom to create a design that reflects your brand, venue or event. From distinctive shapes and detailed logos to custom cut-outs and unique layouts, each coaster can be tailored to create a memorable product that stands out from standard designs.

Every coaster is precision laser cut and engraved for a clean, detailed and long-lasting finish. The surface is then sanded using a wide-belt industrial sander to achieve a smooth, consistent finish before Danish oil is applied to seal and protect the coaster while enhancing the natural oak grain.

Coaster Size

Our standard round coasters measure 100mm in diameter,
while our square coasters measure 100mm × 100mm.
Custom Shape Coasters are designed to fit within a maximum area of 100mm × 100mm.

Fully Bespoke Coasters may require different dimensions depending on the shape, cut-outs and level of detail. The final size will be confirmed during the design and artwork approval process.
