Classic Round Wooden Coasters

Precision Engraved. Expertly Finished.

Our Round Coasters offer a classic and versatile shape that works beautifully with company logos, venue branding, promotional messages and event artwork. The clean, balanced design provides a generous engraving area while remaining practical, professional and suitable for almost any business or occasion.

Each coaster is manufactured from 6mm oak-veneered MDF and precision laser engraved to create a clean, detailed and permanent finish. The engraving is recessed directly into the surface, so it will not peel, crack or rub away like a printed design.

Every coaster is sanded using our industrial wide-belt sander to produce a smooth and consistent surface. A protective coating of Danish oil is then applied to seal the coaster, enrich the natural oak grain and create an attractive contrast with the dark laser-cut edge.

Coaster Size

Our standard Round Coasters measure 100mm in diameter, providing plenty of space for logos, text and detailed artwork while remaining a practical size for everyday use.
