Classic Square Wooden Coasters

Generous Engraving Space. Clean, Modern Design.

Our Square Coasters provide a modern, structured shape with an excellent engraving area. They are particularly well suited to detailed company logos, longer business names, promotional messages and designs that benefit from a balanced, symmetrical layout.

Each coaster is manufactured from 6mm oak-veneered MDF before being precision laser cut and engraved. The engraving is permanently recessed into the oak surface, producing sharp detail and a professional finish that will not peel or wear away like surface printing.

The surface of every coaster is passed through our industrial wide-belt sander to create a smooth, uniform finish. We then apply Danish oil to seal and protect the material while bringing out the colour and natural grain of the oak veneer. The darker laser-cut edges provide a distinctive finishing detail.

Coaster Size

Our standard Square Coasters measure 100mm × 100mm, giving your design a generous engraving area without making the coaster feel oversized.
